Heathcote's fingers twitched, as he wanted to itch his forearm, so he pulled his sleeve down lower, until it nearly covered half of his hand, and eyed around the interior of Mrs. Tiddlywink's cafe. There was a variety of people there, drinking various caffienated beverages and some flipping through copies of the Daily Prophert or Witch Weekly or whatever else they wanted to read. The place smelled like coffee, and sugar, and general deliciousness, and Heathcote turned his attention back to the cupcake sitting on the counter in front of him.
It was a cheerful concontion with a froth of pink and blue swirled frosting that was supposed to be bubblegum flavoured - he had not yet tried it, but Heathcote had faith that it would taste as it should. The temptation was there to run his fingers through the frosting, but he wanted to wait until he had his drink to go with - a caramel machiatto, because Heathcote liked sweet things.
And soon enough a coffee was slipped across to him. Heathcote picked it up and was about to gather up his cupcake and find a seat, when he realized that the drink he was holding was not what he had ordered. Which meant it wasn't his. "Oh," he said to the drink and then turned to look at the other people waiting. "Cafe mocha?" he asked, trying to find the owner of the drink.
