"Sure, sure," Mikey said, grinning lazily. "Bring it on, Lazzara." He probably couldn't take Adam in a fight - damn the man's giant limbs and advanced defense skills - but he could ambush him with puffskeins. Or trip him over in the hallway.
"Maybe they've got a Pensieve," he suggested thoughtfully. Sure it was a bit of a fancy piece of equipment for just anybody, but John might well know people, working in the Ministry.
"Gee's - " Mikey paused, sighing. "I don't know. As expected. Miserable, guilty, beating himself up about it even if he says he's not." It was worrying. "But if you wanted to talk to him, I think that could be a really good thing. I mean even if it was just to say you don't hate him."
