Adam looked like he'd been better. Mind you, he also looked like he'd been worse, and for a human(ish) bite, that wound was healing pretty nicely, and while Gabe might have copious differences of opinion with Bob, the mere fact that Lazzara hadn't been locked permanently in the hospital wing spoke volumes about his base state of wellbeing. Right?
Good enough, anyway.
"I'm pissed off," he stated cheerfully. Sunnily, even. There was a chair behind and a little beside him, but Gabe remained standing, leaning on the edge of Adam's desk, looming and grinning. Well, baring his teeth. And sure, this was probably not nearly as threatening as some teeth-baring Adam had been exposed to recently, but Gabe wasn't going to get performance anxiety about it.
