"Well, more or less," Adam said, shrugging a little. "I'd sleep better if Misha and Keaton were within sight, but you know. Nothing I can do about that. I deal." It wasn't that big a deal. He knew they were safe. He'd taken the precautions himself, in addition to what his wife had done.
The thing was, the state Hogwarts was in was sad, and Adam hadn't even attended the school. He wasn't even sure the students were learning all that much, with the teachers just trying to keep things together. But he supposed that was why they were all former aurors or cursebreakers or had fought in the war and things like that.
"For the record," Adam said, putting the last of his chocolate frog in his mouth. "I was not hysterical as Bryar seemed to believe. I am merely having an exceedingly trying day." Adam hoped that sounded better than 'having a complete nervous breakdown' did.
