Adam shrugged, breaking off bits of the frog and popping it into his mouth as he sat there. "I've been through worse. Well, sort of. I've never weathered a zombie apocalypse before, but I know how to kill them, so that's no big deal, except for having to protect the students. Um." He was thinking. "Having my magic disappear was scary, but it came back." Another piece of the frog went into his mouth. "I have my own protection. It's just that it doesn't do any good outside my rooms. It takes too long to just throw up the defenses. But I sleep well. I don't know." He looked up at her. "Am I supposed to have the answer for this?" he asked her after a moment.
