Gabe knew no such thing, and given the frequency with which William had been gristing the rumour mill, he wasn't going to be hazarding bets on habits in that area any time soon. But Gabe also didn't care; which seemed a little strong, but as long as William was giving him that look and excusing his behaviour, Gabe really didn't. So when he said, "No, you prefer the divination classroom, right?" he was on the verge of laughing, and letting go of William's wrist so he had at least one hand free to defend himself if needed.
