Mikey stood silently for a second, thinking ahead to having to try and creep their way down unnoticed in the dark. It wasn't an idea that sat comfortably at all. They'd need light to see and light would attract the house elves and - he pushed it all away and nodded back tightly.
Spencer was the only one who'd know which greenhouses held what they need and he wasn't about to let anyone else go out with him. Waiting around nervously was not among his plans for the night. "Right then," he said, letting out two nervous lungfuls of air. "Greenhouses it is." All they had to do now was tell the others where they were going and slip away with minimal fuss. He looked over at the adult shapes reassuringly weaving their way around their hall and then glanced back to Spencer. "Pitch the idea quickly, give them no chance to argue, then make our escape?"
