Adam looked at Mikey for a moment, taking in the eyebrow. "I am the big spoon," Adam informed him, very seriously. "Just for your future reference, should we end up spending the night snuggling for warmth." Snuggling for warmth? Seriously? The room was made of stone, and had fireplaces. Adam was going to be lighting a fire before it came down to snuggling with anyone, particularly in front of students. Adam did not snuggle. No, sir.
"I have an alarm charm that will let us know when there are humans trying to get in - that's how I knew that someone was out there when you got here. I just couldn't stand to listen to their fucking groaning," Adam said. "It made the girls uppity. Which is why my hair looks like this. If you were wondering. Which I am sure you were not." He lowered his voice and cast a glance around. "I don't know if it would pick up Gerard or not."
He looked over at the boy who was sitting there. "Right, I'll have a look at it," Adam said, turning to head over there. The boy looked so forlorn that Adam kind of wanted to hug him, damn all the parental instinct he'd apparently grown in the last year right to Hell. He took a deep breath, steeled himself, and walked over to the kid, plopping down on the floor by where the kid was sitting.
"Heard you're having a rough day," Adam said, looking at the kid - realizing that the boy was actually in one of his classes, and so was the girl. "Mikey wanted me to have a look at your battle wound." Anton held out his arm somewhat obediently, and Adam set to unwrapping the bandage and looking it over.
It looked... gross, actually. But then again, it was a bite wound, and they always seemed to look tons more disgusting than any other kind of wound. Probably because of the tearing and the teeth and the - Adam was going to stop thinking about that, because it made his stomach turn, and that was really just not the best feeling to have at this point. The most Adam could do was clean it as thoroughly as possible, because truth be told, he didn't really know what to do for a bite like this. He didn't have magical zombie cures, and the only things he could think of that would fix zombification involved things he wasn't actually willing to do to or in front of students. Best clean it, leave it be, and wait for someone else who was better at healing. Or was really good at potions. Or maybe... there was a whole list of people he could think of that would be better suited for helping this kid than he was. But it looked better once it was clean, so that was a bonus, and at the very least Adam did a neat wrapping job on it. He told Leila to keep an eye on Anton and moved over to the kid who'd clearly taken a knock to the head. Now that, that was something Adam could fix.
