"Charm-webs," William echoed slowly. He was loathe to think about them more than he had to, lately, but they seemed to be around every corner. He didn't think there had been one in Jon's hut, but then anything was possible, and he wouldn't deny it with complete certainty.
"The children have lessons in your hut," he said cautiously, eyeing the furry, purring animal in his hand. "If this is what a hidden charm-web does to puffskeins..." He didn't really want to say it, but someone had to. "What is it doing to the students?"
