"I don't know," Adam said, shrugging his shoulders and moving back to the seat, curling back up and tugging the blanket around him. It occurred to him that anyone else probably would've just used accio to bring the blanket to themselves, or conjured up the aforementioned tea. Adam wasn't even carrying his wand - that was how pathetic he was feeling.
"It's like... I'm just weak, I guess? I don't know how to explain it, because I've never felt anything like this before," Adam said. "My entire family does magic. There wasn't a learning curve. Not having it is fucking weird." He paused. "Please, for the love of Merlin don't tell anyone that I just said that. Or that I've even got a problem."
