Since I finally got him finished and apped, I thought I'd post here to try and forge some connections for this character before he's in!
This here is Mason Auttenberg. He's a sophomore, pretty much brand new to the school as he transferred in at the start of the new term. His secret is 87, "I spent a year in Juvvie for beating the shit out of this one kid at my old school. I'm looking for a fresh start here but I've already been in one fight." The details of that (and other things!) can be found here in his bio.
Personality wise, Mason is a fun-loving guy with a big, warm heart. He's a cowboy by birth (no, really, born on a horse ranch in Wyoming) and loves outdoors and animals. He's also a jock, hoping to be on football, hockey, and lacrosse at his new school. Keeping busy is his plan for staying out of trouble.
I'm open to anything and everything. I am definitely looking for the person that he's fought with, though, so if you'd like to take that role, let me know. I think it could be interesting to play out! Otherwise, planned or organic is good.

He is a second generation North Korean whose family escaped across the Yalu instead of suffering life in a labor camp for seditious activities. His secret is #11- his father beats the shit out of him when he makes less than a 3.5 gpa. I don't have much else going for him except a face and a family past. His muse is telling me he's a Senior, maybe Alumni. He dyes his hair interesting colors? He's pierced in interesting places? He does martial arts of some kind-I-don't-know-what-kind-yet?

Hi everyone. I'm working on this guy for the game. I'm waiting to see if I get a response about some of his backstory. Right now his name is Oliver Ono. He's going to either be a senior or graduates with the senior class of '14.
OK since things are jelly now I can add some details. He's an incoming Junior in June. His name is Oliver "Oli" Redhouse and he is the youngest brother of Linden and cousin to Shelby. His secret is #037, he wants to make porn when he's legal. He has a part time job as a bike courier in Mountain View. He likes to ride his bike and he's on the swim team but he's not one of it's star athletes. He loves to cook more than anything. He used to be kind of a chubby kid before he hit his stride somewhere around the 8th grade. He can still be a little sensitive about weight and dieting, he doesn't have the healthiest relationship with food.
He's never shed his geekier side completely and he used to be seen as kind of a geek but now he's viewed as a mid-level party kid. He hasn't let most of his geeky friends go though some of them might see him in a different light now. He still likes manga and comics and movies.

Hello. Fresh meat here. I’m terrible with self-introductions (haha hi my name is Stas) so I suppose it’s a great thing that this guy is the main focus. “This guy”, being Fu-hai Tsai, is a sophomore and he’s always kind of been around. He’s the type that not-so-quietly judges everyone, plays chess by himself, constantly observes – and doesn’t care to share his opinions, as harsh as they might be. His personality is much larger than his physical presence, although it doesn’t appear to be remotely cheerful or exuberant. He is entitled. He is pretentious. He’ll probably make more than a handful of people angry (I’m so sorry about that).
As far as activities are concerned, Fu-hai is on the Debate Team, in the Science Club, and taking part in Track & Field. He’s definitely not Korean or Japanese and will probably get defensive if someone purposefully misidentifies him. Not that he is prideful of his heritage, as he’s found that his family in Taiwan often look down upon him due to his birthplace (California).
Unfortunately, I’m at work right now so this information is kind of limited. I’ll reply to any interest/comments/potential lines/relationships/words of wisdom/etc. once I’ve a decent break. Need more info? Check here.

It's probably time I got down and intro'ed this guy for a few plot lines. But I'm good with organic too. This is Seth Anthony, he's from L.A. He's a Junior and this is his first year at Fremont. Here's a few things about him:
Very religious in that personal kind of way. He'll thank God and he prays, not looking to push faith on other people though. If there's a Bible group he's probably there when it doesn't interfere with other passions. He goes to Church almost every Sunday (and does Ballet right after).
He's on the Track team. I think he does long jump and relay?
Two things he does in complete secrecy. Like he tells NO ONE, not even his best friends know (but they might suspect something is up. Meeting up for cheeseburgers or whatever in town after and he's sweaty and in workout clothes). Those are Gymnastics (rings and balance beam) and Ballet.
He goes clubbing on weekends. I know he drags Milo Jay (![[info]](https://www.insanejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) milojay) down when Milo wants to go or isn't previously engaged. But sometimes he goes alone and he might see some others on campus there?
He's in the AM Yoga and Dance Clubs.
He's taken quite a lot of Spanish.

Not sure who all is still here that was here before that JR really socialized with, but I'm looking forward to forging some new and renewing some old bromances. It's been a very trying Winter, but things are looking up and I think I'm about ready to venture into the world of RP again.

Oh hey, it's Frits and he's back! This time as a teacher instead of a counselor. Older, too, and better dressed (when he has to work, anyway). He is now an alum of Fremont. Was born in New York, but moved to California when he was thirteen years old with his parents. His mom's a teacher and his dad is a freelance artist. His mom is STILL teaching, so she could have been anyone's middle school teacher? That could make for an interesting connection. As a teenager he was an asshole and also a goth, so he was an asshole goth. He ran with a sort-of bad crowd and didn't get along too well with James Raynsford. Frits remembers most of every interaction with people that he's ever had, though sometimes he may feign ignorance if it keeps things going smoothly.
He is a chill guy, and likes to think of himself as a decently nice teacher. He doesn't assign too much homework since he prefers class discussions over everything else. He teaches psychology which is fun and horrible, especially when talking about the lack of ethics and scarring children for life, yaaaay. Since he's not much of an asshole anymore and doesn't rely on sarcasm to respond to thing, he's very friendly but doesn't try to be friends with the ~teens~ since that is always a recipe for disaster.
This is his first year teaching and so far no one has died or failed, so this year is a good year. The rest of his info is in his bio, and I am thinking I will end up adding more to him.

so this is aspen, he's a junior. he was born in england to an english father and a danish mother. they moved to the states when he was fourteen since his father's business did very well in the states rather than in europe, so he took his family overseas and started a new life there. aspen hated it at first, he had all his old friends back in england, but he quickly changed his mind when he as a fifteen year old met an older boy (eightteen) at another boarding school he was first at in new york city, and that boy was the world to him, taught him everything and also got him into a lot of trouble. when the school and his parents found out that he started to show up late to classes, talked back to teachers, got into fights and stopped soccer, which had always been his passion since he was little, they pulled him out of the school and put him at Fremont. he was very angry first and struggled a lot in school, but as he got a few friends he calmed down. but he still drinks a lot, which he started doing with the older guy at fifteen. but he denies that he should have any problem with booze, his secret is 043: Fuck you, I am not an alcoholic.
anyway, aspen is a bit of a jock, still he does his own thing, so he's not always the typical jock guy. likes to have a good time and to sneak out after curfew and party. he's a bit of a bully, when he's in a bad mood or hungover, then you get to hear his sarcastic english accent come out. anyway so far, i don't have many lines, only one i have is that he used to date milojay, but i am looking for all kinds of lines!

Hey hey. Ardelia, rileyforrester here.
So, I've been thinking about this guy for about a week and I've decided to bite the bullet, because if the muse won't leave it must be worth something, right?
This is Adam, I haven't finished his bio yet so there's nothing in his journal but I wanted to put him out there and test for any potential plots while I finish him off. His secret is No. 99 - that he had leukaemia as a child and now lives life to the fullest.
If you were being kind about him you'd call him a jack of all trades but most people would call him a drifter.
He's 24, so he graduated Fremont six years ago - not sure if any of the alumni students would have gone to school with him? - the only reason he even went to the school was because his grandfather was the dean before Bailey. He was born in Arkansas, his parents were not well off. His mother died when he was six - due to the same cancer that he had. His father died when he was fourteen (not clear on how, but he was a farmer so. Work injury.) and he was sent to live with his grandfather who pulled some strings to get him into Fremont.
His leukaemia went into remission in his early teens and he's always lived like he has nothing to lose - a little impulsive, very jump first then look. He didn't enjoy school, didn't go to college - the teachers would remember him as aimless I suppose? And has worked odd jobs, usually seasonal, since he graduated. Worked in a lot of amusement parks, repairs, basic mechanics, carnivals, cinemas, diners etc. Drifted around, right now he's back because he recently inherited everything from his grandfather.
Lines: Anything and everything, as ever. Let me know if he sounds interesting!

This is your last chance to have one of your characters fall victim to an EPIC* APRIL FOOLS PRANK.
There are many plans. So far there are only a few victims. If you want someone pranked, comment and let me know! Any suggestions about the prank would be fine. Or if not, just any info on their likes/dislikes/weaknesses/fears/etc works. (prank example: Jack Sprat can eat no fat so he gets his toothpaste switched out with Crisco.) All pranks will be relatively harmless. Nothing a shower, a little cleaning, or light handiwork can't fix.
There will be some pranks with only one target and some pranks with entire suites / floors / classrooms / offices as targets. No living/dead fish in any heating vents, though. Promise.
And if Sammy gets punished for anything he does... he considers that an acceptable risk.

Hey lovely Fremonters. Taylor again. Decloaking it feels like after a really sucky couple of weeks at work. Soul swallowing. Oh well. I'm trying to get on track with working on this kid while I read up on anything I missed when I was in the vacuum. Mostly for Chaim I guess since my other hasn't seen much action yet.
Anyway this is Matthias Stumpf. His secret is #20, the photographer that wants to take some erotic imagery of people and stuff. Legal of course, he's mindful of that. I'm tweaking it just a little to be nude, but erotic is only part? More like he wants to capture "real humanity" in people, unvarnished, truthful, beautiful. He's from Vienna, Austria and he's spending a little over a year at the school as an exchange student. He's staying with a host family so first off that might be an interesting first connection for him to have.
A few other things about him: He's musical. He plays Oboe and Viola for his personal enjoyment. The Viola he is talented at, he's only a year into the Oboe. He does well in the Sciences, especially math and physics. He's pretty much a total Top and he can't swim.

So, I swear to you guys that the vast majority of this character was already created before today's random virginity obsession started. It is some hilarious timing though. I am not jumping onto any bandwagon, but this is my new pending character Kyle and he's from a town with fewer than 200 people total in it. Homeschooled through 8th grade, then started high school here at Fremont. His parents own an antique shop and a malt shop, and Kyle makes amazing milkshakes. He is the inventor of an entire menu of different combinations. Generally the guy's a sweetheart and he tries to hide that he doesn't know what 99% of the sexual references are when guys make them. He just pretends like he knows what they're talking about and then Googles it later. Does not like to call attention to the V-card at all whatsoever.
His secret is a doozy. In fact, he doesn't even know it! #102: I'll do anything you want, Sir. I just want to please you, Sir. See, Kyle isn't really all that interested in sex. He hasn't done it yet, but what little of porn he's seen... he just doesn't get how it's a big deal. It looks okay. It looks just fine. What he doesn't know is that he needs more than just some vanilla sex with a guy to get him going.
So that's Kyle in a nutshell! I'm looking forward to playing his transition from having no clue about sex and not being sure why he's not that interested to realizing that he craves submission and being in a Master/slave relationship. And maybe finding one of those for him to be in. Over the past year at school, he's come to realize that he's gay. And that's really all. He's maybe gone on a few dates or made out with a couple of guys, if anyone is interested in that.
So... friends, potential Master, people who like milkshakes, anything?

So this character basically flew together, and I would love to plot and forge some connections now that I've apped him. Since he's been at the school for a long time now (7 years), I would love as much as possible coming in.
This is Remington Scarcliff (Rem, Scar; never Remy or Scarface to his face). He's your theater teacher (acting, directing, playwrighting, screenwriting) and the advisor for creative writing, drama/theater, and movie club. His secret is #124, "I haven't always been blind, but I pretend like that's the case. It's easier than talking about how I lost my sight, anyway." He keeps it a secret because the image of not ever having been able to see makes him seem that much more epic and because he lost his dreams with his vision. Though most people don't know it, he can see shadows, and that's how he knows where people are and what they're doing. Most, however, are left to think that he's Daredevil or has supernatural powers or whatever. He has a Doberman Pinscher named Greta as a guide dog that's always with him.
Personality wise, Rem is a gruff curmudgeon. People sign up for his classes thinking they're going to be fun and easy. They are not. Very few people ever earn an A in any level, even introductory, and most have war vet style flashbacks for years after. He will work you to death, he will grind you down with his criticism, he will bury you in homework, and you WILL thank him for it. But people who really are interested in theater keep coming back for the abuse because he does get results, teach people things, and put on AMAZING performances. Even without sight, he is a picky, detail-oriented bastard who will make you do it and redo it again and again until it's his idea of perfect--idea because he can't see it.

People who took his classes and didn't last past the opening "leave now you coddled wimps" monologue? Club members? Friendly teachers? Enemy teachers? Also, if anyone wants to bring in a long suffering music teacher who gets the brunt of his verbal abuse during the run of most productions, I think the line would be epic. Ideas? Pitch me them.

As I promise (warned?) you, meet Mr. Palmer, teacher of European History and my third pending character. Oliver, as the adults will probably prefer to call him, is a native of London, but has lived in four countries and three US states. He's got a bit of the wanderlust. He barely has an accent now, he's been in the US for so long. His secret is 060: I'm not exactly proud of it, but I've given students better grades than they strictly deserved because they flirted with me. And this is because Oliver is powerless in the face of charm and flirtation. He's also gullible and avoids conflict.
So... hmm. He just got out of a long relationship. Oliver's bi, pretty much 50/50, like everything else about him. Very versatile. Fun fact: Spent two years dating a dominatrix in Italy when he was younger. Another fun fact: there are videos of him with this woman online. Multiple videos. He doesn't know about it. Thank god, you can't see his face in any of the videos. One might recognize his voice, though, or other parts of him. So that might be some fun plot to play with sometime.

hey guys, new player here with my first character. this is neil cutler, or neily, as he prefers to be called. he's a sixteen year old sophomore with secret 0087, and sort of a walking contradiction. his bio is open to be read but the quick gist of him is that he's a very angry guy who doesn't know a lot about a whole lot. he has a short fuse and is easily confused or irritated but isn't actually a mean or rude guy. when he's not fighting or damaging school property with his lighter, he's a big puppy who's hungry for affection and food and amusing gifs.
as far as lines go, i'd love to find the boy who he got into a bad fight with around september, someone to watch cartoons with who might also try to expand his terrible diet. someone to tell him to get rid of the kitten in his room before it gets found out. a teacher to have a horribly awkward crush on would be perfection too. as of right now, he's very inexperienced but something of a pushy lap crawler who likes to pet and be petted and make out once he gets comfortable enough. fellow members of the swim team, pot smokers, someone to get him hooked up with a new fake id, bring me everything.

I've been meaning to apply for a while and I finally did with this one here. His name is Marc Goldstein, hailing from San Fran. He's 17 years old and a junior. I'm still adding to his bio but it's here for consumption. Marc is a little bit of a wannabee rebel with a cause. Marc loves to have fun and go out and would probably try to break curfew if he could. He's not wealthy but he's well enough off to have a taste for the finer things and bored enough to want to be in the nightlife. His secret is "#31 I'm going to fuck Mr. (________) this year. It's going to happen. Oh yes." Whether or not he's successful is a different story but he is determined enough to try it. Until then he could use all sorts of lines. He's never had a boyfriend so he wouldn't have any exes, just brief fling partners or former booty calls. He will need a dealer for whenever he gets the itch every so often. Marc is a bit listless as well, so any friends would be welcomed too.
I haven't decided if he will join the dance club, but will definitely be interested in it and toy with the idea. As for sports, Lacrosse is more his style.

Hey, it's Kris. So... uh... I'm making a character and I'm looking for possible history for him? He's a Junior so he's been going here a few years and he's from Beverly Hills. He's a teddy bear, except when he's playing sports (football and hockey mostly, baseball doesn't have much violence) when he will tackle/check/...whatever, etc. a whole lot. Really friendly and outgoing guy, will give you the shirt off his back if you need it. Very opening to fooling around, also potential for being someone's ex? He's also something of a prankster. Secret #16: left a fish in the principal's heating duct. Tell me if you want to be pranked for April Fools'. He tries to mostly follow the rules but sometimes if a prank is really perfect he can't resist. So yeah, anyone want some bear cub action?
Also am making a European History teacher PB Tom Hiddleston, so. I'm excited about that because I realized how amazing Hiddles is and now I can never go back to my previous life. Woe. :(
