I understand you were/are mayor of Storybrooke. Can you perform marriage ceremonies? I'd rather have someone I know perform the wedding.

Back home I most certainly was. Here there are a few who might still see me as the Mayor but it's not an official position.

There wasn't much need for me to perform marriage ceremonies when we were in Storybrooke but I was officially able to do so. I have also presided over and blessed a few marriage ceremonies during my reign as Queen. So, I'd be honored to officiate your wedding, dear.
