Sam + Faith
"It's pretty great, isn't it?" He nodded along with her assessment. "The woman who did the catering has a restaurant in Sunnydale. I go there fairly often. They've got great diner food." Sam was a salad-eater, as Dean constantly liked to tease him about. But he could also pack away food with the best of them. "I'm sure you can't be any worse than my brother. Eat as much as you want. I won't judge, I promise."
As the line inched along, Sam began building his own burger and piling up a healthy sized portion of vegetables to go along with it. "Oh, it's nothing. Honestly. I kind of know how you felt. When I showed up here, it was from about 7 years further into the future than everyone here I knew. It was almost like being from a different reality. No one had any idea what I was talking about. So I could relate, and figured you could use a sympathetic ear to talk to."
