To put Cosmo's message to our new arrivals in a decidedly less creepy context, I'm Kate Beckett and the Head of Security here in Knowhere. Like all of you, I am a refugee, so you are welcome to come to me with any questions or problems that you may encounter here. I might not be able to answer them all or provide a solution, but I will do my best to point you towards someone who can.
