The instant Tessa came in, Izzy absorbed her clone and reached out for her sister. It didn't matter how old she got, she would always look to her big sis for support, and this was certainly one of those times. Somehow, she managed not to cry as she held her sister tightly, as if letting go would make her less real and she'd wake up in the camp again. Without even thinking about it, Izzy practically curled up on her sister's lap, sitting right beside her and letting her legs drape over to the other side of her while they hugged.
"Are you real?" she asked. She didn't really know what else to say, and she'd had too many dreams of her sister somehow finding her to not wonder if this was just another elaborate dream.
