Robin meant what he said when he claimed to be excellent at adapting to unexpected situations. He'd adjusted quickly to Storybrooke with little to no assistance, and he figured this place would be much the same. He was intelligent, observant, capable, and quick thinking. All talents that lent themselves well to adjusting to new surroundings.
He'd gotten as much information as he could on arrival, then he inspected the living quarters that had been assigned for himself and his son. And it was only then, as he was setting out to scout the town that he'd ventured onto the network system to introduce himself. He'd learned long ago that adjusting to a new place went much smoother when one ingratiated themselves with the locals.
He'd been first shocked and then overwhelmingly relieved to find Regina and Henry were also in this Knowhere. He and Regina had only just begun their adventures together, but he already had trouble imagining his life without her. His time here would be far more enjoyable with her here to share it.
Sharp eyes didn't miss her entrance and he grinned broadly in her direction. He felt the urge to wrap her up in his arms, but Roland beat him to it. His tiny son, dark curls bouncing adorably, beamed and ran forward on little legs to give Regina a hug.
