"Don't sweat it, kid. Somehow you managed to come here with me and NOT vanish again. That's as good a gift as I'm gonna get."
He decided to distract her then, in the best way possible, since Rocket wasn't very good at waiting for things anyway.
"You know... since there's a better-than-average chance you're gonna NEED it around here sooner than later, why don't I just give it to ya now? Over there.... on that table. Big krutacking thing with the sheet over it. S'all yours, kiddo." He hoped she liked the gift... since he (with Tony Stark's help) had put countless hours of work into it.
Under the sheet was her very own custom suit of battle armor, similar to what Stark would wear, but lighter, more flexible, and far more streamlined for a female's figure and movements.
Waiting until she started pulling the sheet off, he gave a hopeful little smirk and crossed his arms. "I designed it with you and your style of fight in mind. The metal is malleable, so it won't hinder your movement or your speed at all, plus it's got adjustable guns in the forearms capable of firing 6 different types of blasts, from standard Terran ammunition, to plasma bolts, to lightning-type energy projections."
