As the action scenes unfolded, her hand made its way into his. She'd seen the movie once before, when it was in theaters, but she hadn't remembered quite this level of intensity. It wasn't that she was scared, or anything of that sort, in fact, with him sitting beside her, she felt rather at ease. After his reaction the other day to the bumps of her scuffle, she knew he wasn't going to let anything happen. For the first time in years, she felt like it might be okay to actually let her guard down, and just enjoy being in the moment instead of having that voice in the back of her mind constantly running through anything and everything that might happen.
