Jaw dropping in a disbelieving smile, she watching him steal some of the chocolate. It was nice to be joked with. Since arriving, she'd felt tense most of the time. The only moments of ease she felt were when she was with Jean or Noah. Especially with Noah. Taking the bag, she finished making the fondue and grabbed some forks. She stabbed a piece of fruit and dipped it into the pot of melted chocolate. "My family and I used to do this sometimes. Before everything." She ate a few more bites of fruit, then a piece of bacon. It was amazing to watch him happily eat such spicy peppers, dipping them in chocolate like it was normal. Then again, he'd put hot sauce in his soda, so she shouldn't have been too surprised. "Thanks for inviting me over," she said. The food was gone, she'd been there a while, and she was starting to run out of things she was willing to talk about at the moment. Eventually, she'd tell him plenty, if this was a real thing and she wasn't just building it up in her mind. But tonight, they'd had fun, and she wanted to leave on a high note.
