She had been on Galador for months, yet every time that she saw Alex, she fought the urge to hug him. He wasn't there at home, though. He had vanished without a trace, and it had gotten to the point where it felt like she was the only one still looking for any sign of him being somewhere, anywhere. She hated that everyone had simply accepted that he was gone. She never could. So being in a place where he was, even if it wasn't exactly the same Alex that she had known back home, she wanted to take advantage of regaining all of the years that she could have had with him.
Instead, she composed herself, nodding as she walked inside, taking a quick look around before finding the couch and sat down, making herself comfortable. Her mind was racing as she waited for him to simply walk to the kitchen to retrieve the beers. What could it possibly be that he was having so much trouble telling her? What sort fo deep, dark secret could there possibly be about the kind man that found comfort in her mother's arms? She had heard plenty about Sean from Professor McCoy and even a bit from Professor Xavier, but it seemed like Alex knew him the best. Like he was the one who could fill in every little blank about him for her.
