The Unicorn
"Welcome back! Time for our last performer of the night... and hey, I'm allowed to actually talk this time! Guess they figured there's nothing horrible I can say here. I just know she scared the hell outta me backstage because I saw her and thought Sarah Jessica Parker taped a horn to her head and showed up to do another Sex And The City movie.... ladies and germs, I give you The Unicorn!"
The video clip opens with The Unicorn holding a clipboard, as she read from it. "Welcome back to the continuing story of The Unicorn. So far, we've determined that I started as the black sheep of my family. And that I was a bit out of control. But this week? I want to talk about the people that got me here. First, there's the sister. The person who always had my back, even when she knew I was totally wrong. Then there's the love of my life." She pointed to a map of the United States on the wall, pointing to California. "I didn't find love here... but damn close to it."
A classroom was shown, of The Unicorn staring at her teacher with a combination of admiration and schoolgirl crush. "I also found an amazing mentor, someone who kept me in check more than he realizes. 'Mark' down a point for the teacher on that one."
A smaller Unicorn ran out then, hugging her tightly. "The biggest factor in me finally growing up? Was becoming a mom." A flashback was shown, of The Unicorn looking at the smaller one and in turn emptying a bottle of alcohol into the sink. "She made me want to be better. Want to be everything she deserved. And when we introduced a sister for her? That did it. We were family. And nothing keeps me going like family."
