Diana changed into a black tee, jeans and heels. Why she even told Daniel she would go with him, she didn't know. She couldn't deny there was an attraction to him. There was also this bit of awkwardness that she found charming. She'd waited for Nick Fury to contact her about the Avengers, but he hadn't had the opportunity. She'd mentioned again in her network post.
Hair lose, she looked beautiful. She didn't realize it, beauty was different on Themyscira. The true tell of beauty on Paradise Island was what was on the inside. She'd learned to get along in society well enough; it had been hard. Back in Gotham, her friends were the Justice League, here she hadn't really made any yet. She decided to change that by what they call. 'putting yourself out there.' She thought about this upcoming date. What was the worst that could happen?
At the very least he could be a good friend, so that's how she looked at things. Of course, he could be a jerk. She highly doubted that possibility. For all intents and purposes she was going on her first date. She was excited and ready to meet Daniel. By the gods she would have a good time.
