He made a few mental notes of everything that she listed, frowning a bit when she explained that some of the men on the job were apparently just...not taking her as seriously as they should be. Sure, she was young, but she was smart and could kick the ass of just about anyone here, especially anyone on her team, so they had no business giving her a hard time by not doing their damn jobs.
"I'll make sure to let the person doing their reviews know that. I want people to do their jobs and do it right when they're here." Stark Industries employed a lot of people in Galador, but if the guys on the security team wouldn't shape up, they can employ some of the other people on the planet then. New people were coming all the time that needed jobs. "I'll make sure that a written warning goes in their files. If they don't get it together, make sure to inform me personally, OK?" He wanted to make sure that everything was taken care of.
"What would you prefer to wear, uniform wise? I need people to know who security is, so a uniform is necessary, but I don't mind adjustments to it being made."
