Hello Jean, I'm Maddy.

I'm one of those cases where I'm the only one here from my world. Plus, I seem to be one-of-a-kind. I died and was brought back by magic... only now I'm basically a daywalker vampire.

There are plenty of vampires here. Some can walk in the daylight, while others can't.

I'm a mutant, I have the 'X' gene. Which means I have enhanced powers.

When I got here there were two people I knew but I still felt alone for a while. Things changed.

There is a school for vampires, witches, and werewolves. I'd bet you'd find people like you. It's the Salvatore School.

Huh... Wonder why no one suggested that school when I first got here a few months ago. Who would I get in touch with about that? I mean... I'm eighteen, but I still need to finish high school and learn more about what I am.

Alaric Saltzman is the headmaster. The schools got together to hold a dance. I had a chance to work with him, he seems very nice.
