I can't believe my last Christmas band concert is tomorrow. I started off doing marching band at home and I debated giving the French horn up when I got to Storybrook nearly four years ago but Jamie encouraged me not to and I'm glad I listened. Playing in concert is different than marching band but a good kind of different and I still love it. Zander does too, which I guess is fitting considering he was conceived at band camp and his father is a drummer. Music is in his blood.

It was hard for her to grow her hair too long.

A few days ago. I was in pretty bad shape when I first got here. People can actually heal each other here. I thought maybe I was in heaven or something.

Yeah that's one benefit about being here. I'm all about going to the hospital as opposed to healers, though. It helps keep my parents employed. Getting healed just feels like cheating.

She has cancer. We both did. I had it when I got here and I must have been in a bad way. I don't really remember arriving.
