Now that I've got myself a brand new, modern-day camera. Which wow... is super light compared to what I'm used to. I need to start working on a portfolio as I start looking at colleges.

Any recommendations?

Not sure what your interests or talents are... but Doom University has an AMAZING genetics and cybernetics curriculum. Sunnydale U is a lot smaller, but has great literature, journalism, and photogrpahy classes. Freedomtown Tech is great for inventors and techheads.

I'm looking to become a camera operator or something of the sort. The long-range goal is cinematography.

That would be amazing. I'm thinking that with all of these musicians looking to put out albums, I could probably get some work filming music videos, as well.

I would say Sunnydale University is a pretty good one.
