She hadn't been there for long, but to her understanding, she may as well get comfortable. As much as she was going to miss her brother and friends, she was happy to be rid of dealing with either experiencing a bio-organic weapon attack or having to clean up after one. That had been her entire life for a little over a decade. She had met a few people who had similar experiences back in their world, but she figured that it couldn't hurt to branch out a little more.
Seeing as how she was going to the beach, she decided against wearing her trademark red leather jacket. Instead, she wore a pair of white denim shorts and an open button-down shirt over a very modest bathing suit, which was... very unlike a number of the other girls that she saw once she got to the beach. This didn't bother her, though. Not only because her date was blind, either. This is who she was, and she wasn't about to change that, just because she was in a new place. She was happy and comfortable. She even chose to leave her weapons at home. She was making progress.
When she reached the entrance, she saw a very good looking blind man and seeing that there didn't seem to be any other person there with such an impairment, she figured that there was a good chance that this one was her date. She walked up to him, smiling sweetly. "You must be Matt. I'm Claire."
