James wasn't the type to say he agreed when he didn't. So as far as this was concerned they were on the same page. Which was good for a first date. At least he thought so. He walked with her to where there was some drinks and food. "Did you want anything?" he asked as he was looking at what they had.
"Then I'll try to learn to dicepher what you're saying," he joked. He wasn't exactly sure how to flirt or date but he thought he was doing okay.
It was hard to talk about home when he wanted to put it behind him. He was on Galador now. He was looking forward to the chance of knowing his family and having an actual life. "Thanks," he smiled softly at her. "Well, I'm glad he saved you. Otherwise we wouldn't be on a date now."
