Brennan Dillinger was not the type of girl that cried. Ever. Growing up with boys as friends, she taught herself to have tough skin. Rarely did she ever let herself get so emotional that she cried. Until now. Seeing her thought to be dead best friend in front of her like he was, tears began welling up in her eyes almost instantly.
"You'd make a handsome zombie mother fucker too" She replied, a smile on her face as she moved into his arms. Once they were around, she sunk into them and laid her head on his chest as she wrapped her arms around him. This was one time she was grateful for their eight-inch height difference. "Careful. Still sore" She muttered against his shirt while her tears got it wet. She felt like she could freely let them flow because he wasn't looking at her at the moment.
