PERFORMANCE - SOPHIA WILSON
In Sophia package, there were a few snippets of her with her family backstage laughing with her and Sophis playing the guitar trying to figuring out what song to sing. The scene flashes to an interview she did earlier backstage. "When you come from a big family, with massive personalities, some times you get lost in the fray. Not even within the family, but within life, with relationships, and it's kinda hard to be noticed. My first song was with the piano, last week I danced my butt off, however, tonight, just going to just me and my guitar.
The lights dim down suddenly a spotlight landed on Sophia was sitting at the end of the stage on a stool, she was dressed in blue jeans with a ripped out knee, a Deadpool Corps T-shirt, her glasses on, and hair down around her face.
"When you were here before"
She starting to play the guitar
"Couldn't look you in the eye You're just like an angel Your skin makes me cry."
Her head turned slowly looking at everyone as she sang.
"You float like a feather In a beautiful world And I wish I was special You're so fuckin' special"
She elevated her voice some to show this was the chorus.
"But I'm a creep, I'm a weirdo. What the hell am I doing here? I don't belong here."
Head-turning to the camera, she sang to the people watching
"I don't care if it hurts I want to have control I want a perfect body I want a perfect soul I want you to notice When I'm not around You're so very special I wish I was special"
Sophia turned her head, closed her eyes as she belted out
"Oh, she's running out again, Oh She's running
She opens her eyes still playing and singing to the judges this time
"Oh she's running out again, Oh She's running "
As Sophia slid off the stool, the lights started to slowly go brighter as she still played walking the bottom of the stage singing back to the crowd.
"Whatever makes you happy Whatever you want You're so very' special I wish I was special"
She played the final chord, smiled brightly as the lights went up and the auditorium filled with applause
