Maria smiled at him, realizing he was telling them that they had the jobs that she and Liz had come in together to apply for. "Thank you, Mr. Northman, I hope you'll come to feel the same about us, as well." She nodded and gestured to the guitar she had left out of the way by the door. "I can sing whenever you're ready for me to do so, and I'm perfectly willing to alternate between singing and hostessing duties."
Maria was pretty flexible and she also didn't want to piss off anyone.
