There was so much running through Quentin's mind as he was standing there in Eliot's arms. What did this mean for them back home? Was he still dead? What would happened if Alice showed up here? They had kind of, whatever gotten back together before all of it went down. What would happen to Eliot if the gem sent him back? So many questions just racing through his head and he really only want to make sure Eliot was okay. He wasn't sure how he could do that if he couldn't focus on the moment.
"Then you shouldn't have been running," he said as he looked into those brown eyes. A faint smile across his gaze as he gazed at the man in front of him. "Do you need to sit down?" They weren't that far away from the bench.
His eyes closed briefly as he felt Eliot's hands on his face. "I had to. I had to keep you all safe," he knew that power couldn't get into anyone else's hands. A split second decision took this moment away from them back home. The moment of actually seeing each other, being next to each other. He wanted to kiss him right then and there but he knew how Eliot felt about him. They were friends, just really good friends.
