Alex had hoped that he would be dressed and out of the bedroom before Michael got home. He didn't like to be seen as weak or helpless. Which was how he felt when he couldn't find his balance or stay steady enough to button up his shirt neatly the first time. It wasn't easy for him to admit when he needed a little bit of help. He was a Manes man after all. They didn't exactly ask for help.
He looked up and over his shoulder as he felt Michael's arms around him. He opened his mouth to protest when Michael started to unbutton his shirt. As much as he didn't want the other's help he liked those arms wrapped around him.
He pressed his body up against Michael. "Michael, stop," finally speaking up about being helped.
