Hot mess has been my permanent state since I left Roswell. I transferred college twice, bailed on numerous boyfriends, took years to settle down somewhere ... Rosa's death really screwed me up and I don't know how to fix myself now that's she back in my life. Being here is causing me to feel restless even though I know I can just travel to one of the other cities if I want to get away for a while.

	I think you're being way too hard on yourself. Everything that happened, it was a major trauma. But being honest about it is probably a good first step. You could always try writing things down, maybe? Sometimes when I'm too stuck in my own head, being able to write everything down can help me sort through them better. 	You know, I've never tried that with anything personal but I do it all the time when I can't figure out something work related. I put on Jagged Little Pill, drink wine and try to channel my inner Rosa with a note book in front of me. It usually works. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
