Quinn stood in front of her closet for a full half an hour before she picked out something to wear. She didn't know why she was so nervous, she already knew that Rose liked her. She didn't know what to say, she didn't know what to do. Quinn had had boyfriends before, but she hadn't really dated a girl. Was it different? Was the kissing different? Who paid? Quinn had so many questions. Okay, calm down, Q she told herself. This was just a hang out and eat session, it's not like it was some big pressure thing.

Taking a blue and white striped cotton flowy skirt out of her closet, she pulled it on, and then reached in again for a blue fitted babydoll tee, and pulled that on too. Grabbing her shoes, she slipped them on. Tiny blue ballet flats. Quinn wasn't a super tall person, she was just actually average, but she didn't usually feel the need to wear a lot of heels. She had already styled her long blonde hair, and it was gorgeous and full of curls. She was so nervous, but she had to admit, she looked amazing. Taking a deep breath, and grabbing her purse, it had her wallet and a few other things she needed, and a book, because let's face it, Quinn Elizabeth Fabray never went anywhere without a book, and headed to Rose's.

Knocking on the door, she called out, "Rose, it's Quinn."

Without even realizing it, Rose was dressed a lot like her mother tended to dress at this age: jeans, sneakers, and a plain blue t-shirt. Of course, the ones Hermione wore didn't tend to be quite so... cleavage-y, but still. In some ways at least, the apple didn't fall far from the tree.

Her long red hair in braided pigtails, those lips curled into a smile when she heard Quinn's voice. This was really finally happened, and Rose could hardly contain her excitement.

Walking to the door, she opened it, eyes widening when she took a looka t how the blonde was dressed. "....you look INCREDIBLE."

Quinn was so glad to see her, she could hardly keep the big smile off her face. She loved the girl's long red hair, and she was just so gorgeous. Before she could hold herself back, she was stepping closer, and pressed her lips to Rose's softly, and a bit tentatively. She didn't know what had made her kiss her so soon, but she wasn't going to regret it.

When the kiss broke, Quinn opened her eyes, and was as little unsteady on her feet. She grabbed the doorjam, and gave her a smile. "Thanks, you look amazing too." She said, Quinn didn't actually own a pair of jeans, or pants of any kind, she had never worn them before. She wasn't sure if she wanted to change that or not. Right now it didn't seem so important.

"I am so glad to see you."

"Wow. Ok, that was... BRILLIANT." Rose said with a smile and a breathy chuckle... that had caught her entirely off-guard but in a GOOD way. She took Quinn's hand and led her into the living room, gesturing for her to have a seat on the sofa. "I'm... trying to be good and have us talk, and get to know each other.... and you're making it realllllly bloody tough to not just pounce on you right NOW."

She blushed, just being honest. "You would be SHOCKED if you knew some of the things going through my mind every time I look at you."

Quinn smiled, as they sat down on the couch. She hadn't been able to help herself. As soon as she saw Rose standing there, she had had to kiss her. She licked her lips, she had tasted good, and not like cherry chapstick, as the Katy Perry song proclaimed. Quinn was glad, she hadn't wanted it to be like anything that she had expected. She brushed some of her hair behind her ear.

"I am glad that you liked the kiss. It's the first time that I've ever kissed another girl." Quinn said, she had thought a million times about kissing Rachel, but she hadn't ever had the courage to do so. She sometimes wished she had, but she knew that Rachel was Finn's, deep in her heart. She supposed that was why she had been so angry with Finn on occasion, he had what she had wanted. Quinn blushed deeply as she looked at Rose.

"What do you think about?" She asked curiously.

	"Hm. For now, let's just be PG-rated and say that my mind goes to places typically reserved for scenes in very dirty movies." She laughed, blushing brightly as she said it. "And... I... wow. Quinn honestly couldn't hide her joy at the moment. Rose was an amazing girl from what she could tell. She hadn't ever been this comfortable with someone. She really liked that she could be herself with Rose. There weren't that many people in Quinn's life that she could be that way with. Quinn blushed deeply as Rose said what she did.

"I don't know if I'm ready for more than PG related things, but I wouldn't mind more kissing." Quinn said, and pressed her lips to Rose's once more, kissing her deeper. Quinn could feel a tightening in her stomach, and a wetness between her legs. That was new, she hadn't been turned on in a very long time. It felt really good.

	Rose's eyes fluttered closed as they kissed, a breathless little smile on her face when they finally pulled away. While she kept quiet about it, Rose had been scared, lonely, and sad since being put here... but right now? She felt happy. "And to think..." Quinn wrapped her arms around Rose's neck, trying to tell herself not to move to unhook her bra or something. Even if she did want to. Quinn looked into her eyes, wondering what had made her be so annoyed with Rose. Who even remembered, Quinn could be a major bitch sometimes, it wasn't a surprise to her that she had thought the other girl annoyed her.

"Who even remembers that? I don't. But I can be a bitch sometimes."

"Well..." Rose began, giving a sweet little lopsided grin, "We're gonna have to keep you happy enough that you don't do that anymore." It amused the redhead to realize that Quinn could very well have been sorted into Slytherin if she were of magical blood.

"Luckily, I can think of LOTS of ways to accomplish that." Rose purred, lightly resting her forehead against Quinn's. "Not gonna want to let you out of my sight, love..."

Quinn looked into her eyes. "I don't know, even when I'm happy sometimes it happens." Quinn said, blushing. She hadn't ever not morphed into a bitch from time to time. Quinn kissed her once more, and then said, "You know, I've thought a lot about what house I would have been sorted into if I had been born into your world... and I really think it'd be Ravenclaw." She knew there was no way it would be Gryffindor or Hufflepuff. She gave herself the edge over Slytherin just because she was so studious and driven.

"You're a Weasley, you were most likely Gryffindor, right?"
