Sally could not help but look out at her feet in mild embarrassment at Logan's comment to Dean, her cheeks turning a light pink. She honestly did not know what to say to defend Dean or to keep Logan at bay. Besides Rusty, Skids never spoke to anyone-any guy before in a friendly manner.
Dean's words sent her head back up, her blue eyes focusing on Dean. A kind of sad-happy look to them. For the first time since Sally had met Dean she gave him the sweetest, most genuine smile. The mutant girl shook her head and then cleared her throat, hoping to relieve some of the tension in the gym. "Alright, you heard the man. Let's stop seeing who is more manly and start training." The blonde had somewhat of a mirroring personality. She had been under the ground for so long that when she had made it to the manor, she would pick up on how everyone else acted to make herself comfortable. It didn't seem to end at the manor either. Her attitude was shifting a bit to a snarky, little firecracker because of Logan's presence. It was one reason she really liked being around Dean, she could be her total and complete self around him, besides the mutant abilities, because the two already had so much in common.
Skids had only shown her true self to two other people, Logan and Storm, they knew who she really was and how she behaved. However, Sally did not mind when Logan was around because it gave her a lot more confidence and inner strength.
