Dani couldn't help but smile - Lisa clearly liked to talk, but hey, it meant she didn't have to say too much and at the moment she very much felt she had little of substance to talk about anyway. Aside visiting Percy and Pansy and Ron she barely got out these days. "Yes, until the child is born." She murmured, though actually, given her current situation, telling him to bugger off was much more appealing. "But forgive me, I don't like doing much that may catch my husband's attention. Whilst he thinks I'm behaving he mostly leaves me alone - more for his safety than mine, I'm sure, but not seeing him has so many benefits."
Dani ignored the comments, waving her hand as she dug her fork into the chocolatey cake she'd been delivered, almost feeling remorse for messing up the previously perfect light purple frosting.
"I doubt he would have taken the news well." She admitted with a small laugh, imagining his face, but then it faded as she imagined his frustration, and whom was likely to bear at least some of that. "No, it wouldn't, but Merlin only knows what else he'd do in a rage." She grimaced, thinking it over. "With Lucius, it's what he's capable of that scares me." She admitted.
She couldn't help but grin at the other's obvious discomfort at the idea of babysitting. "You know, I felt very much the same. Actually, I still do, but apparently sometimes we have to learn." She laughed. "And no, not a chance with men, at least this one has an excuse for a few years." She agreed. "And at least Draco is a testament that not all Malfoy men are terrible. Just the one my parents felt palming me off on was a good idea."
