Kaidan was nervous about the meeting. If she was who he thought she was, then things were going to get very very strange. He took that time before the meeting to shower and change, go things over in his head, look over old photographs and letters from his Mother. He packed a few of them up into a leather briefcase and made his way to meet Hannah.
When she opened the door and greeted him, he stopped a moment and simply stared. He didn't mean anything by it. But this was a once in a lifetime experience, something he never thought would happen. He never thought he'd get to meet his daughter, talk to her, see how she had grown up and maybe this was his chance.
"Yeah, thanks..." he said, clearing his throat and walking in after her. "Thanks for the invite... Meeting in person's a bit better than over the internet, seems a bit impersonal" he shrugged gently. "Showing my age, aren't I?" he smiled a touch.
