Without hesitation, with as much familiarity and trust as she'd ever felt for the Erebos she knew, she slipped her arm through his and walked with him, listening quietly as the lord of darkness explained what had happened. Once more, her brow furrowed, though she remained silent until he finished speaking. At the mention of Aidoneus, she tensed only the slightest bit, though she never missed a step or lost the pace.
"Such strange developments," she murmured, then looked up at Erebos.
"I don't want to overstep my bounds, Erebos," she said as they walked. Where I come from -- or perhaps only in my memory -- we were good friends. When I first came here, you..."
She smiled fondly, remembering how she learned that darkness need not be feared, but could in fact be a comfort.
"You were kind to a young, frightened girl. You were my friend. And so I feel a sense of familiarity with you that may not be appropriate here, and I would hate terribly to give offense. But I have so many questions."
