Before Sam showed up, Isaac was the best qualified person to run a support group, and the concept of that was terrifying to him. He was close to a degree in social work and, yes, that came with a decent education in Psychology, but Isaac was better with kids, not actual adults with actual problems. He would help wherever he needed to, but putting this in Sam's hands made him a hell of a lot more comfortable than trying to take it on himself.
He heard singing as soon as he got into the building, and Isaac was wearing an amused grin when Sam finally saw him there in the doorway. "Yeah, Isaac Lahey. Sorry, I didn't mean to interrupt." He moved forward and offered Sam his hand to shake, looking around the room with a slightly wrinkled nose. "Man, this place needs work... you need a hand cleaning? The sooner we can get this moving the better, I have a feeling that people are going to really need the services that you can provide."
