To make sure supply runs are as effective as they can be when we send a team out I'd like to set up a meeting to keep the best list going we can for what is needed. As well to address any other concerns that might come up along the way. Ideally weekly but at the bare minimum the Monday before what will be bi-weekly supply runs. If medical, farming and service want to discuss this and decide on someone to be your person to do this. First one will be this Monday.
Clarke mentioned she can build a smokehouse which would be a good idea. We can't rely on being able to guarantee finding everything we need on runs - if there's one constant about this place it's that it's inconsistent. With our numbers growing the way they are we need to be better prepared to be more self sufficient. If you think you can help with that let her know. As well, if you have any other ideas on making us more self sufficient let's get it going.
KATE.
You said you could hunt - I'm assuming that's something that runs in the family?
DEFESE.
Based on everything that came up in the past few days, where we are as a group and where are numbers are, as well as with the addition of being able to rely a bit more on our monitoring systems along the fence to watch what we used to have to do manually, this is an outline of where I think we need to go. If we have two teams out we can head off any concerns before they even hit out border, as well this will double as training outside the Camp. As new people come in I'd like to see them trained a bit in Camp by the teams on interior patrol and then moved into a rotation outside before we figure out where they'd fit best in the long run.
Interior patrols will be more of an on call basis - tech can monitor during the day and alert you if you're needed. It'll give a chance to rest a bit and then work on what your team thinks you need to work on. Overnight is tough, it'll be more of a hands on patrol, which is why you'll go into your on call day after - give you a chance to catch up from the night before.
We're uneven for numbers but I know Alpha and Bravo can manage with the smaller number. Every team has at least one person with more than a handful of weeks experience outside the Camp (the names with a star beside them).
Charlie I'm leaving it up to you as a team to decide who you want as a leader.
If anyone has anything thoughts to add to this please do, this is a starting point and we'll adjust as we need to. We're a team, we're only going to make this work if we figure it out together.

As far as Malia, Kira, and Isaac go that is not a decision I think any one person here should be making on their own, so thoughts? I'm inclined to say yes, either way those kids are going to put themselves out there, I'd rather it be with others than them running off on their own.
