We're all here for nothing. All of this is senseless. And quite honestly, if whatever brought us here ends up malfunctioning even more, we might all die by tomorrow. That's kind of the truth of it.
But that doesn't mean people don't think about it or worry about it. I just don't take my thoughts to technology like some, and maybe other people feel the same. I'm a face-to-face kind of guy, remember? A lot is lost in translation over the net.
And the way I've always honored people I've lost is not by posting big messages of sorrow... it's always been making sure that they get a proper burial, the kind they deserve. And for other people, it's by getting answers. And for others, it's by trying to make sure it never happens again.
Everybody grieves and honors the death in different ways. You want to hold a memorial? Let's do it. But don't condemn those who feel like it won't do any good, just like you feel like talking won't.
