Caitlin's days were now being spent handling blood samples. Samples after samples. Most of the camp was not immune, but she had been lucky so far and found at least one person who might have the genetic make up to help them out. Still, the constant working over samples, barley talking to anyone and so focused on how she was going to keep the camp safe started to eat at a person after a while. Cait was a diligent worker, she could go long hours, but pressured coupled with the homesickness an the stress of being at the end of the world was getting exhausting.
So she decided to get in some practice time in the gym outside of the classes Derek and Kira were running. There was only so much she could do on her own, but running through the movements couldn't hurt. At least it would be a way to clear her mind.
In her yoga pants and an oversize t-shirt she made her way to the gym, muttering about blood samples and virus'. She barley got one foot through the door when she stopped dead in her tracks, eyes going wide.
There was the new girl. She couldn't remember the girls name, and beside her was...was that a wolf or a dog? A very large wolf or dog. She'd seen a lot of crazy things over the past two years. So a giant wolf-or-dog didn't make her run. But it did raise a whole lot of questions.
"Uh." Caitlin looked around the gym, just to be sure there was no one else besides the two of them. "...no one mentioned any animals coming into camp."
