Lydia hadn't had any time to grieve, no. But that wasn't necessarily anyone's fault but hers. Like she had tried to with Isaac, she'd closed herself off and tried to convince everyone that she was just fine. She was good at acting that way, and was rather stubborn about letting down those walls to anyone.
And the others...well, they'd all had their own issues, so they could hardly be faulted for missing hers. Malia and Stiles had hooked up, and were super cute together. Kira and Scott. Liam was just a little kid. And who did that leave her to talk to? Recently, there was Jordan, and he'd helped her more than anyone else in a long time, but there was a lot of grief there still to deal with. She'd been trying to swallow it, but it festered inside of her still.
She sat on the couch, brushing her hair out of her face. It was a lot. Memories were being dredged up that she hadn't wanted to remember. She missed Allison so much, and just that thought caused her eyes to blur with tears, although she angrily brushed them away.
