I'm sorry. -_-
Though an argument could have been made about whose eyes were the older and more in need of a soothing sight, Caerus wasn’t about to make it. There were days when he felt his age more than others - but just lately, he’d managed to shake off the feeling a bit. Part of it had been the time he’d spent hiding away at his father’s place, both because he’d needed a break and because being in his Zeus’ presence always managed to reassure him. It took a lot of shaking to leave the god of opportunity in need of that reassurance - but at the same time, it didn’t take very much to set him back on track.
The empty seat was taken and in hardly any time at all, Caerus had given the bartender a smile and received a drink in return. Though it was just what he’d wanted, the drink was left on the counter instead of being picked up and tasted. Caerus turned his attention to Seth instead. The smile was still on his face and his eyes took in the other god with good cheer.
“I am. Things were getting a little quiet - so I went looking for somewhere interesting.” The look on Caerus’ face as he scanned the room made it clear he had succeeded. “I found myself here - and have been enjoying myself ever since.” The eyes were turned back on Gambling. “I have to thank you for the hospitality and the good time I’ve been having.”
