Despite his words, Nephthys was already sure that him being with her would help on it's own. Or perhaps it would make things worse. It was always so hard to tell when it came to them,
"I will," Nephthys told him with a simple nod from where she sat on the edge of the bed, struggling to keep her eyes open even though she'd been awake only a few hours. That was as long as she could manage these days. Food could come later, although she wasn't sure it served to do much. It was the prayers of her devotees that would help her.
