"Well of course he does." With an indulgent sigh she put the shoe down. "He's troubled by his son, so I give him advice and comfort." At his next words she narrowed her eyes and moved closer to him. "Are you trying to threaten me, leprechaun? I would never dream of hurting him, but he is mine." She reached her hand forward, going to set her hand on his chin and force him to look into her eyes.
"I'm not a violent person. I want people to chase me, and I never want to see them hurt. I don't like it when people assume I would. But if you come between me and someone I love, try and keep us apart, I will be upset and react. You would hurt him too, you know, if you tried to keep us apart. Do you want that?"
