"Alright, well we don't have to just got to baseball games. We could, um, go to a show. Maybe a concert too. Do you have any favorite bands?" He asked, wondering if it was possible that any son of his didn't salivate over the music of Bruce Springsteen. If he didn't already he was going to have to fix that. "I know a bunch of the Writers are going to the MTV Video Awards in a few weekends. I could-- actually, you'd probably like them a lot. A lot of smoking goes on in that room."
Mark leaned back in his chair, a sign that he was feeling a little better about things now. "But, we can find more things to do this week too. Can you throw? Well... has Marijuana ever taken you throwing? Or batting?" That was the kind of things fathers and sons did, wasn't it? "Glibt could take you back to school shopping too, if you didn't just want to sit in his office all day. Or my office, for that matter."
Mark thought for a second before adding, "And if you've made any friends, we could have them over, if you wanted." The Brownstone, he couldn't help by think, would make a better impression than the Highway on any friends he was making at school or Harvey's center.
