"Many names, many faces, many stories.. many... responsibilities." she answered softly, though she was aware that he was not really speaking to her so much as speaking of her. She was the goddess of so many things, from crossroads, to magic, to ghosts, to midwifery, and.. perhaps most tellingly, to the moon. "Tonight though, a different face, that of the passenger."
Hecate did not get along with Skoll, the few times she had met him, perhaps Skoll did not approve of her friendship with Hati, perhaps he did not like her as a person, it was not something she could put her finger on, but there had been mutual dislike between them the few times they had met. She preferred the truth of Hati's expressions, the way he behaved, who he was. Blending did not matter to her. It was his hunger that made her question though, that made her curious. She wanted to ask him but she was afraid of offending, afraid he would run from her. She bit her lower lip softly, "Hati, your eyes, ...is there something you want?" she wasn't precisely sure what she was asking, but she wanted to know.
"Home. Do you remember the way? We can go now, if you are ready, if not, it can wait." she did not mind if he wished to be rid of her. She understood being a solitary creature, even if she did enjoy his company.
