Paul smiled at the god's reassurance and nodded at him. "Yeah, I mean... I definitely feel a lot calmer now than I did before - which, you know, just hurrying along the inevitable. It's nice," he said. But he was more occupied by what Glibt could do and all the interesting little things about his power and what he was. The idea of a power surge was even more interesting to him and then...
He heard Harvey snort and try very hard not to laugh behind him before it really settled in what he'd just seen and then he grinned. "That's cool," he laughed. "Figures you'd be a one-man pride parade, huh?" He said, the corners of his eyes crinkling when he grinned wide like that. Harvey was still stifling laughter behind him and Paul was trying hard not to giggle himself.
"You're Maggie?" he asked, a little incredulously at first before sitting back a little and humming. "That's really cool," he said. "I mean... Yeah, it makes sense - you wouldn't be able to represent all sides of the community otherwise. Can you all do that?" he asked, suddenly interested in all the weird details. "If I'm asking too many questions, you can just tell me to shut up."
"I do it all the time," Harvey grinned over at him. Paul turned around and smirked at the man, leaning back in his chair and pulling Harvey in for a quick kiss. When he pulled away, Harvey looked so pleased and relieved. He ruffled Paul's hair and went on about his business.
"You said something earlier to... Can you, I mean, can you tell when your people are in trouble or when they're going through something really bad?" he asked.
